TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SeaTac International Airport Parking website and mobile application and your booking of parking services.
By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and make a reservation.
By booking a reservation, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Use of Website and Mobile Application
Our Service provides an online platform for booking off-airport parking near Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information
- Not attempt unauthorized access
- Not interfere with system functionality
We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.
3. Reservation and Payment
- All reservations must be completed through our official website or mobile app.
- Full payment is required at time of booking.
- Each reservation includes a $15 service fee.
- Reservation is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
- Prices are based on selected check-in and check-out dates.
- Additional charges may apply if your stay exceeds reserved time.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Date: Begins at 12:00 AM on selected date.
- Check-Out Date: Ends at 11:59 PM on selected date unless otherwise stated.
Arrivals after check-in date do not qualify for refunds.
Early pickups or unused time are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Same-Day Bookings
Refund of parking fee only. The $15 service fee is non-refundable.
Within 24 Hours (Non-Same-Day)
Full refund including service fee.
After 24 Hours (Before Check-In)
Refund of parking fee only.
Service fee non-refundable.
No Refunds
No refunds for:
- Cancellations on or after check-in date
- No-shows
- Early returns
- Unused time
Refund timing depends on payment processor.
6. How to Cancel
Cancellations must:
- Be emailed to seatacparkingpay@gmail.com
- Sent from booking email
- Include reservation number and full name
- Be received before 12:00 AM on check-in date
We do not accept phone or in-person cancellations.
7. Shuttle Service
FREE 24/7 shuttle service.
Runs approximately every 15–30 minutes.
Airport pickup location:
Parking Garage, 3rd Floor, Island 3A (Courtesy Vehicle Area)
Call: (206) 671-0350 after luggage retrieval.
Timing may vary due to traffic, weather, or airport conditions.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Removing valuables
- Locking your vehicle
- Engaging emergency brake
- Ensuring vehicle is in safe condition
- Following staff instructions
Illegal or hazardous materials are prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Theft or damage to vehicles
- Weather, fire, vandalism
- Mechanical failure
- Acts of third parties
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the reservation.
10. Mobile Application Terms
If using our mobile app:
- Do not misuse booking confirmations or QR codes
- Do not attempt reverse engineering
- We may suspend access for fraud or misuse
We are not responsible for outages caused by internet providers or third-party systems.
11. Independent Facility
SeaTac International Airport Parking is an independent off-airport facility and is not affiliated with Seattle–Tacoma International Airport.

12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by Washington State law and handled exclusively in King County, Washington.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
