Refund Policy

At SeaTac International Airport Parking, we strive to deliver reliable and affordable parking services. To help us maintain efficient operations while offering flexibility, we’ve outlined the following refund policy:
1. Service Fee Refundability
- A $15 service fee is included in every reservation.
- This service fee is only refundable if the customer cancels within 24 hours of booking and the reservation is not for the same-day check-in.
- For same-day bookings, the parking fee will be refunded, but the $15 service fee is non-refundable.
- If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours after the booking, only the parking fee will be refunded. The service fee remains non-refundable.
2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- You may cancel your reservation before the check-indate and receive a refund based on the timing of your cancellation:
- Within 24 hours of booking (non-same-day reservations): Full refund (parking fee + service fee)
- Within 24 hours of booking (same-day reservations): Parking fee refunded only
- After 24 hours from booking but before check-in date: Parking fee refunded only
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the check-in date, or after the scheduled check-in date.
3. Definition of Check-In Date
- The check-in date is the first calendar day you selected during booking as your vehicle drop-off date.
- For example, if your reservation starts on July 10, your check-in date is July 10 at 12:00 AM.
- To qualify for a refund, your cancellation request must be received before 12:00 AM on the check-in date.
4. How to Cancel
- Only cancellation requests submitted via email to [email protected] will be accepted.
- The email must be sent from the same email address used to make the reservation.
- Please include:
- Your reservation number
- Your full name
- A clear cancellation request
- Emails sent outside the refundable period will be disregarded.
- We do not accept cancellations by phone, in person, or through any other method.
