Welcome to SeaTac International Airport Parking (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing and using our website and booking parking services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Use of Our Website
- Our website provides an online platform for booking off-airport parking services near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
- You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and not interfere with its functionality or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Reservation and Payment
- All reservations must be completed through our official website.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is processed.
- The total price is based on your selected check-in and check-out dates. Prices may vary if your stay is extended.
- Each reservation includes a $15 service fee.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Date: The first day your parking reservation begins. This starts at 12:00 AM on the selected calendar date.
- Check-Out Date: The final day your parking reservation ends.
- Arrivals after the scheduled check-in date do not qualify for any refund, nor do early pickups or unused time.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Same-Day Bookings: If you cancel a reservation made for the same day, you will receive a refund of the parking fee only. The $15 service fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellations Within 24 Hours (Non-Same-Day Bookings): If you cancel within 24 hours of booking (and the check-in date is later), you will receive a full refund, including the parking fee and the $15 service fee.
- Cancellations After 24 Hours (Before Check-In Date): You will receive a refund of the parking fee only. The $15 service fee is non-refundable.
- No Refunds will be issued for:
- Cancellations made on or after the check-in date
- No-shows
- Early returns or unused time
5. How to Cancel
- Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected]
- The request must be sent from the same email address used for the reservation
- The email must include your reservation number, full name, and a clear cancellation request
- The cancellation must be received before 12:00 AM on the check-in date; emails sent after that will be disregarded
- We do not accept cancellations via phone, in person, or through any other method.
6. Shuttle Service
- We provide FREE 24/7 shuttle service to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, running approximately every 15–30 minutes.
- For airport pickup, proceed to Parking Garage, 3rd Floor, Island 3A (Courtesy Vehicle Area) and call (206) 671-0350 after retrieving your luggage.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for:
- Removing all valuables and personal items from your vehicle.
- Engaging the emergency brake and ensuring the vehicle is parked securely.
- Following all posted instructions and staff guidance.
8. Limitations of Liability
SeaTac International Airport Parking is not liable for:
- Theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or contents.
- Damage due to fire, weather, or natural events.
- Mechanical issues or illegal materials left in vehicles.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the reservation.
9. Facility Information
SeaTac International Airport Parking is an independent off-airport parking facility, not affiliated with Seattle–Tacoma International Airport.

10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to update these terms, pricing, or service offerings at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in King County, Washington.
